Centralized vacuum systems

Centralized vacuum systems with oil or dry injection pumps, equipped with a horizontal or vertical tank and electrical control panel, designed to guarantee a constant vacuum level.

Horizontal vacuum system with a 1 tank pump design.

The vacuum pump is assembled directly to the steel tank to reduce clearance requirements. The system can be supplied with an oil pump or dry pump depending on the required application. The pump is equipped with a safety suction filter, non-return valve and shut-off valve. The electrical power panel and controls guarantee maximum efficiency; the pump can be started only if requested, thus reducing energy consumption to a minimum.

Each pump is equipped with a safety suction filter, non-return valve and shut-off valve. The electrical power panel and controls guarantee maximum efficiency, signalling any malfunctions; the pumps can be started only if requested, thus reducing energy consumption to a minimum.

The system is equipped with two or more accumulation tanks and can be supplied with oil pumps or dry pumps depending on the required application. Each pump is equipped with a safety suction filter, non-return valve and shut-off valve. The electrical power panel and controls guarantee maximum efficiency, signalling any malfunctions; the pumps can be started only if requested, thus reducing energy consumption to a minimum. The multi-pump system guarantees continuous operation.
